Holiday rentals with a patio in Sant Joan d'Alacant

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Helen’s place from 1st February to 1st March. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. The place was spotless on arrival and communication was brilliant. The terrace was fabulous getting the February sun from 8.30 until 3.30. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen excellent. Very comfortable seating in the lounge. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Finally a great location, local shops excellent, 15-20 min to the beach and shopping areas of the city.

Lovely residence in a beautiful setting

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Nice place and great location!

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for resting, and just 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for enjoying long walks. The area is very accessible and convenient to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were charming and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will stay here again. Totally recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

We had such a great time. Belinda and her loving family were such kind and nice people. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it any time. The pool is a big highlight, with a hidden treasure ;) Thanks!

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Definitely of the best apartments we've been to. In addition to clean, tidy, it had all kinds of amenities and details that made the stay even more pleasant. The ease and friendliness to get to the apartment, as well as the communication with abdelhakim. We were with two little girls and I leave everything ready and organized to make everything easier for us. The development is great and very close to the beach. Definitely 100% recommendable. We will be back!!

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s apartment. It is in a lovely location and across the road to a beach. The view was spectacular and the apartment was lovely and clean. There was a swimming pool on site, along with a tennis court, gym, squash courts and a table tennis table. There were restaurants outside the apartments and we were a short trip away from El Campello which was easily accessible by car and tram. The tram stop is just a short walk and although it runs behind the apartment it didn’t disturb us at all. Caroline had good communication throughout. I would recommend staying here and we will definitely book again.
