Villa holiday rentals in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Benko responded very quick via rbnb and whatts app. Early check in was possible without further paymant. A car was included by renting his house. We only had to pay for the pick up service to/from the airport. The deposit you have to pay was restored at my bankaccount in one day. So nice house, clean swimming pool and big playing area around the house. Tip: some extra towels for the swimming pool. Conclusion: great house and Benko: great service, trustfull and very reliable.

Fantastic house with amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Although it should be ideal to go in summer, in winter we spent some fantastic days doing hiking trails and visiting the surroundings. The house works very well, it is a little cold for the winter, but it has all the necessary comforts. Thank you very much!

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

Luxury accommodation. The most remarkable thing is the views from the house, but also the cleanliness, how cozy, large and comfortable it is. We would go back without thinking!

Great accommodation, by the sea with access to the beach. The listing was a great fit with the photos and description. The host welcomed us, was flexible and proactive in recommendations. I would recommned this property.

Stunning little gem of a place, exactly what we needed for a little peaceful R&R. Accommodation was clean, had everything we needed. Host contact was great leading up to the stay, and the hosts contacts in Gran Alacant were responsive, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived middle of the night but Andi and Martin were responsive and on the ball. Andi was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. they let us pay deposit in GBP which was better for us. The location is quiet residential area, really close to a couple supermarkets and bars etc. we only stayed 2 days so didn't venture out further than the Lidl for beer and BBQ food! All in all, a lovely stay,we will hopefully return again. Thank you 😊

The villa is wonderful. It has everything you need and more, as well as being very well cared for and beautiful. We had an ideal weekend. The access is paved, even if it is not a road, and there is no major problem

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

spent 11 days in the villa with all of the family children and Grandchildren, all really enjoyed the villa and location. Car was essential to visit local beaches and surrounding villages but well worth it. would definitely recommend the Villa and area.

We were with a group of 12 and had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa on top of the mountain. Absolutely stunning view all around, simply breathtaking and also very peaceful! The villa itself is really nice, with 4 bedrooms in the house itself, and 2 bedrooms below the terrace. All rooms were nice with their own bathroom. We didn't spend any time inside with the beautiful weather and you have everything you need outside with the swimming pool, large table and a full kitchen with 2 fridges, cooking spot,... We recommend you hire a car when staying there because there's not that much to do at walking distance. The host was also proactive and friendly! 1 suggestion : Entrance to the villa was easy but it would be better if the person meeting us also speaks English so it's understandable and we could ask questions. Other than that, it was a great experience for us all and we fully recommend this place!

We had a great stay for our combined birthday palooza. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Alicante to celebrate.

This was honestly the best villa I've ever been to! It was private, incredibly beautiful and so clean . The outside area is like stepping into the love island villa. The pool was huge and gorgeous. There were all different places to sit outside. Whether you're eating, socialising or even a little hut to drink in and a bbq area! jacuzzi with jets!! The pictures don't don't do it justice! I couldn't have asked for anything more from this experience. The host was the best host I've had through air bnb. Nothing was too much trouble and response times were very quick. One of the girls even left their passport in the villa and the host actually drove it to us with no questions asked!! We didn't actually want to leave the villa to explore/ go to beach clubs because nothing compared to the area we already had. If I could give the villa and host more than 5 stars I would! I've been to plenty of beautiful villas but this tops all of them hands down. It's kid friendly also not just for adults!!

We had the pleasure to stay in the villa as a family of 2 adults and a 10month old baby. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, it was incredibly clean and organised. The pool was clean and ideal for our stay with a baby. The pool area was great, as you had sunny areas all day, but also shade if you wanted it. The AC was very much appreciated in July in Alicante. Pablo was very friendly and quickly responsive at any time. He kindly organised for us to get the keys on arrival despite of us arriving late at night, and nothing was a bother. The residential area where the house is has plenty of restaurants, cervecerias, shops, a few beaches and is really peaceful. When we next visit Alicante, we would most certainly hope to stay here again! Thanks again Pablo!

A beautiful house with every amenity a large group of family and friends could need. The pictures are spot on, it’s actually even more beautiful than it looks. The layout of the main bedrooms with private bathrooms is excellent, the outdoor kitchen and dining areas are a great idea and the terrace is spectacular. The lower annexe with private facilities was a great addition for our teenagers. The villa is kept spotless by the lovely María who comes 6 days a week. Can’t recommend this highly enough, we didn’t want to leave!
