Villa holiday rentals in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

We were met by the brother Kris. A very kind man who can speak English well. He won't bother you at all but is always there when you need him. What stands out for me is the area and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and had a nice temperature. The airconditioning is very advanced not those old fashioned ones. Every room has his own ac. The beach is very close by. +-12mins. and you will find yourself at a beautiful beach. Benidorm is also close by and I strongly recommend going there. We did our groceries there at Lidl. It also has a nice mall. All with all a perfect location which is very quiet and peaceful and at the same time it has everything you need close by. I thank the host and her brother sincerly for a nice stay.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

Sky has been a great host. She helped us contact local car rental company before we arrived, she prepared many toys for the kids to play with and set out breakfast since we arrive late in the evening. Her house is spotless and very pretty. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The location is great, several supermarkets nearby and local restaurants and beach Playa del Carabassí is 5 mins drive away, which Sky has recommended in her welcome booklet. Sky also recommended app we can download to have food delivered which was so handy. The pool was a big hit with the kids, there are steps in the pool, so my toddler can sit down with his feet in water and enjoy playing. My 6 year old and I were able to get into the water and swim a bit late April, since the pool is in the sun most of the day. The artificial grass outside the house is great, it doesn't get too hot for kids' bare feet. The house is well equipped, and everything runs smoothly. We had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Stunning little gem of a place, exactly what we needed for a little peaceful R&R. Accommodation was clean, had everything we needed. Host contact was great leading up to the stay, and the hosts contacts in Gran Alacant were responsive, friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived middle of the night but Andi and Martin were responsive and on the ball. Andi was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. they let us pay deposit in GBP which was better for us. The location is quiet residential area, really close to a couple supermarkets and bars etc. we only stayed 2 days so didn't venture out further than the Lidl for beer and BBQ food! All in all, a lovely stay,we will hopefully return again. Thank you 😊

no proplem whit my stay

From start to finish Roxane was amazing, communication was always fast and helpful, she certainly deserves her super host status! Dominique and her husband welcomed us to the villa, they were super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an ultra modern villa then this is not for you, it’s a beautiful traditional Spanish family home, full of character that is well loved and feels like a home from home. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us. The indoor space is large but it’s the outdoor space that is the real eye catcher. 360 degree views and seating along with a stunning pool area. The close proximity to the village means we could easily walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. The villa was clean, private, secure and peaceful. There are not enough words to praise Roxane and her home. We loved every minute of our visit (except the mosquitos), we would highly recommend it and are already looking to book next year. An amazing trip for all ages!

We were a family of ten covering four generations. The two youngest spent most of the time in the pool which was cleaned and checked during our stay. Plenty of floats and rubber rings etc in the shed for them. Loved the evening barbecues under cover outside on the patio. Large property with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a taxi but some of our group caught the local bus to go to one of the water parks. Used the tennis courts next door which local people and tourists used throughout the day [ no booking required when we were there and they looked unfinished ] Cycled to the two lakes slightly inland although it was very hot and there are some long hills to get there and back so care is needed. The pink salt lake is worth a visit and I loved the red squirrels at laguna salada de la mata. See them near the entrance where there is a shaded tree area with a water tap. They may approach you begging for food although you are not meant to feed them. We had a great week !

Lovely Villa in a nice quiet area

Joana was wonderful to deal with. she communicated excellently and went out of her way to accommodate everyone in our group, including additional cots for the babies. the house is beautiful and had Everything we needed for our family holiday. the pool was brilliant and the rooms all very comfortable. would highly recommend!

The villa exceeded all my expectations and made me very happy. All my friends and I want to go back there some day. Both the versatile rooms and the outside were the perfect places to relax and to enjoy time together with friends. There was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable, and all the facilities were excellent. The pool was great. Our four-day vacation at the villa was amazing. I can’t think of anything negative. The kindness of the hosts made me feel very welcome. Thank you very much for everything. This was one of the best times of my life, and I cannot think of a better place to spend quality time with my best friends.

Had a great stay at clara's villa. Friendly host, always and flexibly. Villa is also very well located with multiple attractions nearby. 5 min away shopping center 10 min distance from benidorm. 5 min away terra mitica 30 min. alicante.

The impressive house,better than the photos ,everything was clean and tidy there was nothing missing in the house to be able to enjoy it, the children had a great time,the pool surprised us since it had very good depth and was very clean and well cared for. Different areas outside to be able to be. We didn't get to use the sauna but it looked great. Very quiet area but close to Santa Pola just 14 minutes away . Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

Great stay! The villa is really beautiful and the roof terrace is a real added value. All bedroom are spacious and the house is full of communal spaces to hang out both inside and outside. The pool is a plus and the villa really makes the stay memorable!

We found this a very good place to stay. The apartment was very well equipped and very peaceful. Ludovic was a very good host. We would happily go again, if in the area.

Amazing views to wake up to every morning. Plenty of outside space. Great sized pool. Easy links on tram line.

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

Well worth the price, check-in was smooth and check-out even smoother. The villa is a comfortable, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much:)
