Super host! Heel attent, snel reageren en allemaal leuke adressen om te eten en heen te gaan. Appartement heeft echt een heerlijk uitzicht op de zee, super om zo te gaan slapen en wakker te worden. Goede bedden - ook qua lengte, gezellige kamers en goed ingericht. Zwembad bij het complex heerlijk groot en top om na een strand dag in te chillen. Zal deze host zeker aanraden!

The apartment was very clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped – even with beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in really handy! The location is truly unbeatable: just 50 meters from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants, breakfast spots, and shops nearby. Free street parking was always available, which made things super easy. Communication with Kim and Willem, who manage the property, was excellent. They were always responsive and even brought us fresh towels during our stay – very nice. Based on the reviews, we expected it to be noisy – but it wasn’t at all. We slept with the windows open every night. The street is quite narrow, so you do hear the occasional car passing by, but it never disturbed our sleep – not even the kids’. We felt completely at home and can absolutely recommend this place!

We hebben drie nachten doorgebracht in dit prachtige en verzorgde appartement in Alicante en het was een fantastische ervaring! Het appartement was niet alleen super schoon en stijlvol ingericht, maar ook van alle gemakken voorzien — echt een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Ik verbleef hier samen met een vriendin en we hebben enorm genoten van de fijne sfeer, het comfortabele bed en het gezellige balkon. De ligging was ook perfect: midden in het centrum, dicht bij leuke restaurants, het strand en bezienswaardigheden. Onze host, Iris, was geweldig. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons meteen bij aankomst allerlei leuke tips voor de omgeving. Dankzij haar voelde ons verblijf nog persoonlijker en warmer aan. Kortom: een absolute aanrader als je Alicante wilt verkennen vanuit een stijlvolle en gastvrije uitvalsbasis. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

Great place, great host, easy check-in, nice and modern, big enough for two couples, two full bathrooms is a big plus. 5 min to tram that takes you direct to city center or up the coast to playa san juan. Host is friendly, as soon as a problem came, he solved it, greetings and cheers to Pedro :)

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Eduardo est gentil aimable pleins de bons conseils et services . Le logement est parfait , bien équipé, propre. Eduardo a réservé pour nous le restaurant (ne parlant pas espagnol ) Tout a été parfait. Merci mille fois pour ce bon moment.

Super dejlig bolig i rolige omgivelser. Vi blev taget godt imod og fik anbefalinger til diverse ting i området og transport. Værten og Welcomely svarede hurtigt på beskeder og var fleksible i forhold til både ind- og udtjekning. Vi ville overveje at komme tilbage igen!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

La casa ha sido un acierto total, completamente reformada, limpia, ordenada y equipada, no le ha faltado detalle. Los aires acondicionados funcionan perfectamente, la terraza es una maravilla con el extra de la piscinita (que se agradece en verano) y tienen recomendaciones para ir a visitar y comer en la ciudad. Repetiremos seguro!

An awesome house! Nice, quiet neighbourhood (excluding friday evening of course), great views and everything is in a walking distance - pool, restaurant and sea.. House is fully equipped with everything you might need, starting from kids toys and ending with a portable gas stove and pans to cook some paella.. Jesús was very helpful with every question that we had and everything went smooth.. A great place with a fantastic owner! Hope to get back here someday again..

Our stay at Maria's house in the sun was perfect. Maria was a fantastic host very nice attentive and is extremely informative and helpful, We stayed at Maria's for 5 nights it's in a fantastic location close to Alicante (around 20 mins drive. Close by there's little beautiful coves and beaches also not too far from El Campello harbour and town. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I personally loved the roof terrace looking out to sea, perfect place for a nice cup of coffee in the morning and great to wind down at night after a busy day seeing the sights in Alicante and the surrounding area. Woukd recommend a stay at Maria's you won't be disappointed Thank you Maria.

Bra läge , lugn omgivning. Nära stranden och lugnt poolområde med stor pool alldeles utanför. Bra beskrivning av omgivning, affärer som gjorde det lätt att hitta. Hjälp att hitta söndagsmarknad i El Campello. Vi använde även transport ned Tram, nån bil behövs ej på detta ställe.

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Great friendly hosts with an amazing apartment in a fantastic quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for them to help out in any way.The apartment is truly amazing & very modern with everything you need to self cater. The beds are really comfortable & everything was pristine clean. The apartment has two patios with sun on the front terrace in the morning then sun on the rear terrace by the pool in the afternoon. Great to just chill out and enjoy the apartment and outside space for a day at home. The beach is lovely and sandy with the sea colour turquoise blue & just a 10 minute walk away & stretches for miles with beach bars and sun loungers along with the local shops and restaurants. We hired a car which you can park right outside the apartment & made it easier to get to the bigger supermarkets & travel around the area. There is a great scenic coastal road from the beach to Santa Polo for a trip out. We love this relaxing quiet area of Spain & will definitely come back agan

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.
