This is a first floor studio in my house with access via a private driveway and terrace. It comprises: - a living room with kitchen area opening onto the private terrace through large bay windows - a bedroom separated from the living room by a glass roof - a shower room with WC. Less than 5 minutes' walk from Franconville train station (lines C, H and J) and close to shops. Access to the Stade de France in 40 minutes by train and 25 minutes by car.
