Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Haus Wienerroither

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The idyllic and cozy chalet is quietly located, within walking distance of the center of Fieberbrunn. Here, in addition to everyday shops, such as the bakery and the well-stocked supermarket, in about a 5-minute walk to the spa of the Alte Post or the Aubad. The lift of the “Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn” ski circuit is only 5 minutes away by car. In winter you can ski, otherwise hike or bike. Later, warm up by the fireplace and dine on delicacies from the gas grill.

The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

In the back of our traditional wooden house in the Tyrolean style, where there used to be a stable and barn, is the newly built design loft apartment in 2023. The apartment is ideal for two people and has become a real gem with a lot of love for detail and high-quality materials. We'd love to have you as our guests.

Chalet Katharina Private Kitzchalets 14 people

Chalet Katharina is located directly on the snow-covered Pengelstein valley run to the Pengelstein I gondola lift. The slope runs just a few meters past the chalet, and the access and exit to the slope are groomed daily, allowing for easy ski-in and ski-out in winter.
