From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Right on the ski slope or in the hiking area, and yet where the fox and rabbit say good night - a wonderful place to be active and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of the mountain. WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

Our 'Bella Nova' is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a beautiful terrace with views of the mountains and the fish pond in our garden. There is ample, free parking available. The bus stop is about 500 metres away, and the ski lifts are about 3 kilometres from the property. Hiking trails can be accessed from the property.
