It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. Situated on the basement level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

This well-equipped 1-room apartment is located in a very central location in Siegburg Zange. Siegburg Central Station is just 5 minutes away from the apartment. From here you have a connection to the metropolises of Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt. The apartment also has a good highway connection. The A3 and A59 motorways can be reached in 5 minutes.

The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
