The HUMA shopping center, restaurants, the university, Hangelar Airport, DGUV, the Federal Office for Personnel Management and the children's hospital are all within easy reach.

All rooms as well as the kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated and contain very modern furnishings. Everything is bright and friendly. From all living rooms you can reach the roof terrace, which is equipped with high-quality artificial grass and an awning.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. With the bicycles you can go to the nearby Rhine and the northernmost winery in the Siebengebirge Nature Park with fairy-tale castle and Drachenfels. 10-minute walk to bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy

Very nice, newly furnished apartment in an optimal location. The transport links are excellent for getting to Cologne, Bonn, Cologne / Bonn Airport or the ICE train station Siegburg. The Autobahn is only 2 minutes away and several buses take you to nearby train stations. The apartment is accessible separately. It has a bedroom and a very spacious living room. Furthermore, the apartment has a brand new kitchen.

Its a little attic appartment located very central in Sankt Augustin- Hangelar. The kitchen is full equipped and the bathroom has a tub shower. The cosy box spring bed invite for relaxing nights in a calm enviroment. The next train station (line 66 - Siegburg/Bad Honnef) is within walking distance by about 5 min. All other dialy shooping needs (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are reachable in 10 min on foot.
