Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården är en vacker Skånelänga från 1800- talet. Varsamt renoverat senaste åren. I detta hus bor jag året runt, men hyr ut det några veckor på sommaren. I Skivarps by finns ett anrikt Gästgiveri på promenadavstånd. 4 km bort finns en av Skånes finaste stränder, Mossbystrand. På samma avstånd hittar man Abbekås med möjlighet till bryggbad och Bongska huset, restaurang, café och bageri. Hundar får följa med in.
