Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Here you have a lovely house with lots of light and with beautiful sea views and pastures all around. Sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p) as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evenings in the kitchen or you can enjoy the summer evenings out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk.
