Enjoy the best of both worlds! Easy access to Oxford (5 miles)or Abingdon (4 miles), or to explore the Cotswolds. Tucked away in a quiet no-through lane in rural Old Boars Hill. Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University also. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space situated at the bottom of our family home garden. Built 8 years ago it has a cottage feel with a modern twist. We're conveniently situated 4 miles from Oxford City Centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The property looks out onto the open countryside to the front and rear and a 10 minute walk away is the River Thames which has a lovely pub to enjoy an evening and you can also walk the tow path straight into Oxford.

Comfortable and private self-catering accommodation with easy access to city centre for exploring Oxford. Local shops are a 5 minute walk, local buses are also a 5 minute walk. From there you can easily access the city centre, train station and coaches to London and airports. There is a beautiful park across the road with children's play area's and tennis courts. We are a 20 minute walk from vibrant Cowley Rd with international cuisine, pubs and clubs.
