Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Vigilio di Marebbe

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

We had a lovely week in Haus Weber. The house is nicely located, charming and has everything you need. Cozy, clean, authentic, ample space, ... We didn't meet Patrick but communication went well. His parents did come and bring a gift. Very friendly people :-) Recommend! Maybe someday come back in the summer!

Alessandro is an extraordinary host. The house is beautiful, large and spacious and comfortable, in a quiet area surrounded by nature, but also a 4-minute drive from the center of San Vito.

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Accommodation exactly as in the photos and description, equipped with everything you need. Alessandro was very helpful in meeting our check-in and check-out needs.

We had a really great time at the house. It is beautifully located and the view is breathtaking. Everything was sparkling clean and well equipped. Arianna is a very helpful host who gave us many tips for the area. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay with Donatella was wonderful! The house was impeccably clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to all of the activities while being quiet and with a wonderful view of the mountains. Donatella is warm and welcoming and very responsive. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

We just had a short stay in this apartment. Quiet location within walking distance of the center of Brixen. The house is bright, spacious and equipped with all amenities. With a young child we were perfectly comfortable. Walther's kindness and discretion make him a perfect host. If we get a chance, we'll definitely come back!

Very positive experience. Giada turned out to be an available person, always smiling. Upon our arrival she had the stove on, which with the cold outside, that warmth and that cabin atmosphere, was a great welcome. In addition, she had prepared a small breakfast corner with a basket of sweets, various types of tea, as well as two bottles of water. Giada also took care of our travel companions, a cat and a dog, preparing the kennel area near the stove complete with cot and mats, as well as the sand for the litter box. The apartment also deserves a mention, as the spaces are well distributed and well furnished, revealing a sober taste but at the same time very characteristic and welcoming. The lit stove is a great plus. I think it's obvious how much we enjoyed it. Thank you very much Giada. This is a goodbye see you soon.

We enjoyed staying in this clean and cosy apartment which is situated just up the hill from the town centre, reached by steps or escalator. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the various treats and provisions left for us. We'd be pleased to stay there again in the future.

Irene is a fantastic person! Definitely beautiful apartment, clean and with all the comforts you have at home. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, spaces suitable for optimal management of 6 people. Very quiet location, the stream that flows a few meters from the balcony creates a perfect background for moments of relaxation. We stayed in the chalet in late December and early January Very nice and clean house, great location both for the spectacular view and for the proximity to the slopes We had a great time even with a small dog who ran around in the large garden surrounding the house Jacopo is an available and kind young man. This is our second time staying at Nicola’s place and we love it. The area is beautiful and we love the small restaurants and bars. Nicola’s place is very clean and so comfortable in every way. We hope to come back soon for a 3rd stay.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

Perfect – absolutely recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house was spotlessly clean, lovingly prepared and it was really thought of everything from little touches to bikes to games and coloring books for the kids. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. They took time to show us everything, gave great tips for excursions and restaurants and made check-in possible even earlier. The view of Lake Garda is fantastic, and the garden is a real highlight – beautifully landscaped and offers many opportunities to relax and play. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the house and hosts. We will be happy to come back!

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

The villa is amazing, the location is perfect and with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding area. It is especially family-friendly, very cool place! Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, he certainly made sure we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very unique experience in Polcenigo!
