Or have fun on the fabulous ski slopes of the Alta Val Comelico at 2000m above sea level that are part of the Dolomiti Superski Pass.

Rent the larger half of the villa fully equipped, about 300 sqm with terrace, garden, garage, wine cellar etc. The smaller apartment of about 70 square meters in the villa is already rented. The location is fantastic, quiet, approx. 20 minutes' walk or 4 minutes' drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of the ride to the villa is to be cleared of possible snow in winter (clearing service). The villa is ideal for a break even for 2 families.
