Villa holiday rentals in Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol

Edo is by far the best host we‘ve ever had on Airbnb. He simply makes you feel welcome and at home. It‘s more like meeting an old friend than a host. House and garden are super in a location from where you can reach beautiful sights without problems. What should be kept in mind before booking is that you share kitchen and living-room with Edo and his family. We loved that and got well-along with each other but also had some days complete privacy in house and garden.

Gianluca, son of the owner of the property, was a perfect host! Always available and accurate. The residence, a magnificent mountain chalet, was perfect for the location, great for reaching the main ski lifts. After a day in the snow, it was great to enjoy the spacious and welcome the living room, playing cards and sipping good wine in the warmth of the fireplace. Stay to say the least, perfect. I can only recommend this residence!

nice, cozy apartment. Very nice and helpful hostess. Nice and quiet terrace. Many hikes nearby and easy access to the various nature reserves for hiking by bus and cable cars.

The place is wonderfully located, the garden is super nice, huge and completely fenced - our dog felt right at home. Miriam is very kind and accommodating - we are already planning the next visit :).

Large apartment, perfectly suited for two families. The local bar is very nice and a small shop on walking distance. The ski lift to the main ski area is 5 minutes away where there is a large parking space and ski rental.

This house is a gem! It is located in an amazing location, at walking distance to Lake of Braies. We enjoyed every single minute we stayed there. House has everything we needed, we spent a wonderful week! Amazing! We highly recommend our guest Franca, who was so kind to assist us with everything. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

We (11 people of a family) were very impressed by both the location of the house and the amenities.

Great House With many options to enjoy - Pool, sauna, hottub, beachvolleyball, Pizza oven, grill…. Had an amazing time at my brothers stag Party!! Perfect for big groups. Roberto was very helpful and you could contact him anytime..

We had a wonderful vacation in this luxurious home which is designed with beauty and sophistication. The pool and the backyard peaceful and green. The proximity to the village center makes everything so easy. Claudia , the host, was always attentive. Kaltern is a sweet place. don't miss a swim in Caldaro Lake!

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful home! The house has been recently renovated, it has 5 rooms all with new bathrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a magnificent lawn in front with magnificent views. Camillo is a very nice and helpful host. Absolutely recommended!

Such an amazing place. Probably the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had in my 10 years of using the app. The place is very up to date, complete with a private sauna and a well stocked wine fridge. Access to the ski bus is a breeze as it is right outside of the garage. Barbra was an excellent host. 5/5 stars.

Utterly surreal. Hermann Gerald's Air B & B was immaculate in all areas. Incredibly accommodating and hospitable, we felt right at home and we're welcomed with open arms. This stay was a true gem and my partner and I will forever think about our time spent here and definitely come back. It was paradise.
