The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend and close to nature.
