Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Laura was really helpful. I came here as an Erasmus student looking for a place to rent and had to stay at an Airbnb for some days. Laura really helped me out and made me feel safe and not alone. She’s truly the best. Kind and friendly as well as caring she’s the best host you could ask for.

Very well located! Close to everything on foot, and the metro. We were very comfortable and Helena and Alvaro were always attentive, responding quickly.

Juan was super helpful and provided basic breakfast items, which helped as we were tired and reached the apartment in the evening due to the electricity breakdown in the country. The apartment is the same replica of what's in the description, very comfortable and cosy. The washroom and towels were clean.

We spent a few beautiful days in Madrid in Enrique's place who was very friendly and worried until the end of our requirements, he even saved our bags because we had a late flight on the day of check-out Good area, entertaining, full of restaurants, a short walk from Plaza Mayor The apartment had all the comforts in a very well cared for space and full of details, the beds are very comfortable, even dishwasher! Javier’s place was exactly what we were looking for, a comfortable, clean and spacious place to sleep that would be a walking distance from restaurants and major highways/avenues. The place was very clean, exactly what the pictures show, and equipped with exactly what we needed. There is a nice closet space that can hold a lot of clothes or items if needed that definitely came in handy. Major tourist attractions/spots were always a short Uber ride away, which was a great plus. Nearby you could easily find ATMs, restaurants, coffee shops, super markets or convenience stores, all within a few minutes of walking. Javier himself is a GREAT host, we were a little lost in the middle of an unexpected national blackout during our stay and he showed up with some candles so we could use them if needed. Great stay!!

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

The apartment was clean, renovated, everything worked. Good heating and unlimited hot water. Comfortable beds and quiet during the night, so sleeping was great. A sunny rooftop terrace. Carmen is very nice, quick to respond to questions. The only downside is the end, which is full of poor, street garbage and people with a suspicious appearance, although we did not experience any of the inconvenience. It's close to the metro station,so it's easy to get to the city center. The market is also close and there are quite a few restaurants in the area. Due to the quality of the listing,the price, the kindness of the host, we are very satisfied.

When we arrived at the Madrid accommodation, we were surprised to meet with another family, who had come for the same accommodation with the same arrival and departure dates as us! Surprise so! There was a little panic, and after a few phone calls, it turned out there was a mistake and the other family was not supposed to be there, so the keys had been given to us and the other family had to leave. A little awkward, especially since the couple had come with three children, just like us. As it was late, it was about 8pm, I kindly offered to the other family to stay for the night and leave quietly at sunrise, but they did not accept and said they had family in Madrid (those are Spanish). The accommodation as a whole is clean and decent, it is well located and in just a quarter drive we are in Madrid. The environment is quiet and clean and the Madrilenes are very welcoming.

Eva and Imael were outstanding hosts for our stay. Eva were very responsive and helpful. The studio is located conveniently in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport to central Madrid and the airport. The studio is clean and very practical with potential to cook and eat in. It’s perfect for 1 or two people. The yoga mat and roller were a nice touch! 5 stars!

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

An apartment in a very good location and very well-equipped. Tiago was very accommodating for our check in and check out time. Always responsive to answer my questions. The only negative might be the noise from neighbors ( but it may be the normality in Madrid to turn on the TV loudly ). Anyway, an apartment to remember if I ever stay in Madrid again.
