Pet-friendly holiday rentals in San Pascual, Ciudad Lineal

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We were a family of 12 with children and we loved the number of rooms and bathrooms the house has, apart from Maria being super attentive to our concerns and everything was resolved very quickly.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Ideal apartment and well communicated. Francisco sent us the instructions in time to plan our arrival and provided us with useful details. We were able to access the house a little earlier, which is a nice touch because we had a family event and it made the logistics easier. He was attentive at all times, very friendly and top hospitality. The house is comfortable for four people as it has a sofa bed. It's very bright, the terrace is wonderful and everything was very clean. The cotton bedding and the bed were very comfortable. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is very well cared for. It has small details such as laundry detergent, a variety of teas, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc. We slept wonderfully, the area is very quiet. It is very well located, close to Santiago Bernabeu (5min) and 18min walk from Pza. Castilla. It has several bus and subway lines nearby. We feel at home. We will definitely repeat!!!!

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and the service from Claudia and Carlos was very good. It's close to the airport and a shopping centre that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before travelling.

We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

It was great, exceptional service and very kind. The perfect and comfortable apartment, with many shops nearby such as a shopping center, Mercadona, Aldi... We would definitely repeat!!

Loved the easy self check-in, no fuss at all. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Plus, having the metro so close was really convenient! Definitely recommend it.

This was a great cozy and budget friendly place to stay. If you are comfortable with stairs, the 7 flights up is not too bad (bringing the suitcases up may take a while however). The space is small. We were two of us, and we would’ve felt crowded with 3 or 4. I am 5’8 or 172cm. I had my head knelt almost always. I would say those taller than 5’10 should not stay here. Alvaro was a great and friendly host, and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything is great. The house is very well maintained, very clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly. We felt very comfortable in the house. It is located in a residential area and we found it to be quiet. The truth is that we are very happy. The hot water was just enough for 3 people. However, I don't think it's a very big problem, it's a matter of organisation and no one is left with cold water. The hosts were very friendly and answered all our questions, mainly Bozena. We will definitely book the apartment again some other day when we have to return to Madrid for work. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay. Fatima is warm, welcoming, kind and very responsive. She makes you feel at ease right away. Even though she shares her home, the unit is very private and with exclusive access to the upper floor and the attic, which is quite spacious. The furniture and decor invokes an earlier era, a bit dated but in a nice and cosy way. It also goes together well with the assorted and very knick-knacks and books that are there in the unit. The unit is in a quiet neighbourhood yet within a few minutes walk of cafes, restaurants and the subway . Overall, well worth it.

Excellent place for a family! The apartment has everything you need and is close to two strategic subway stops for easy access to the city of Madrid. We liked it very much, a perfect stay in Madrid.
