Este estudio recién renovado está situado en la calle Asura 43, a menos de 10 minutos de la boca de metro “Arturo Soria”, por lo que podrás llegar fácilmente al centro en transporte público. El estudio está impecablemente decorado con un estilo contemporáneo y diseñado para hacer tu estancia lo más cómoda posible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming IV está equipado con aire acondicionado y calefacción para que disfrutes de la temperatura perfecta en cualquier estación del año. Además, tendrás Wi-Fi gratuito de alta velocidad en todo el alojamiento para tus videoconferencias o para disfrutar de una buena película en Netflix tras un largo día por la ciudad. Dispondrás también de una Smart TV de 43 pulgadas con sofá y con una zona de cocina completamente equipada con vitrocerámica, frigorífico, microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Nespresso, hervidor de agua, y menaje completo. En el estudio tendrás una cómoda cama doble y un sofá cama con capacidad para 1 persona, además de espacio de almacenaje. También cuenta con un baño privado con toallas, artículos de aseo de cortesía y también un secador de pelo. Recuerda que para acceder al alojamiento necesitarás un móvil con conexión a internet. Por favor, ten en cuenta que si el día de tu llegada coincide con el día en que has hecho tu reserva, no podemos garantizar que el apartamento esté listo para tu entrada antes de las 17:30 h. Si deseas limpieza extra, tiene un coste adicional y debe solicitarse con al menos 24 horas de antelación.

Our cozy 40m2 study is located in Quintana area, in the northeastern outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of stores and services, far from the bustle of the city centre, but with easy access to it: in 30 minutes, you can reach Puerta del Sol with direct line from the Quintana stop, which is 450m away :) Our accommodation is pet friendly ;) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.

A bright and cozy apartment located in a quiet area, very close to Alcalá Street, which is one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, and very close to the emblematic La Ventas bullring, with a bus stop at the same door that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and with a metro stop in just 5 minutes. A very nice neighborhood with all kinds of shops and services, supermarkets, parks, etc. Cleaning is for sheets and towels.
