This newly renovated studio is located on Asura 43 street, less than 10 minutes from the subway mouth "Arturo Soria", so you can easily reach the center by public transport. The studio is immaculately decorated in a contemporary style and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Arturo Soria Stays by Charming VII is equipped with air conditioning and heating so you enjoy the perfect temperature at any season of the year. In addition, you will have free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation for your videoconferences or to enjoy a good movie on Netflix after a long day around the city. You will also have a 43-inch Smart TV with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware. In the studio you will have a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa for up to 1 person, in addition to storage space. It also has a private bathroom with towels, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Remember, you'll need a mobile phone with an internet connection to access your listing. Please be aware that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you booked, we cannot guarantee that the apartment is ready for your entry before 5:30 pm. If you would like extra cleaning, it has an additional cost and must be requested with at least 24 hours notice.

Our cozy 40m2 study is located in Quintana area, in the northeastern outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of stores and services, far from the bustle of the city centre, but with easy access to it: in 30 minutes, you can reach Puerta del Sol with direct line from the Quintana stop, which is 450m away :) Our accommodation is pet friendly ;) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.

A bright and cozy apartment located in a quiet area, very close to Alcalá Street, which is one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, and very close to the emblematic La Ventas bullring, with a bus stop at the same door that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and with a metro stop in just 5 minutes. A very nice neighborhood with all kinds of shops and services, supermarkets, parks, etc. Cleaning is for sheets and towels.
