It is a bright space with a careful design and has wifi, air conditioning and independent entrance. The living room has a sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV and a desk. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchenware, etc. The bedroom has a double bed of 190x160cm and fitted closets. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The WiFi network works perfectly and offers coverage throughout the apartment, being perfect for work. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, blender, toaster, etc. and is offered with bed linen and towels. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility (low countertops, floor-level shower, WC with grab bars). The entrance to this apartment is autonomous (by means of the access code that we will provide), so you can arrive at any desired time (from the allowed entrance time). In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Guests will be able to contact Minty Stay's Guest Attention team at all times, who will answer any questions regarding the apartment and the stay. Additionally, Minty Stay will be in charge of arranging the arrival of the guests to the accommodation, solving doubts about the access or the functioning of the equipment available in the apartment. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport.
