I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Nice play to stay will recommend 100% and would definitely come back again.

The place, though close to major shopping malls is very quiet. The park nearby and having so many options for eating from street food to great restaurants really gets my approval.

I had a fantastic stay! The suite was incredibly stylish, clean, and well-equipped! The location is perfect, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and everything you might need. On top of that, the host was amazing & super responsive. She's helpful throughout the entire stay. I really appreciated how quick and clear the communication was. Would definitely book again!

Had a great 2 week stay at Perry's place, our second time staying here as it's a great location and nice building with all the amenities needed for a great short or long stay in Makati. Had a couple minor issues during our stay and Perry was responsive and insured things were taken care of quickly. Very satisfied with everything and look forward to our next stay here.

I booked for my friend who took NCLEX. She loves the place, it is clean and spacious, also very convenient, as her NCL examination site is just a walk away from the 'Airbnb' building, perfect indeed for those who will take the exam. I will surely recommend this place to my friends who might also take the exam in the future. Mr. Richard is also very responsive and gives complete details/instructions from booking to check out.

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The front lobby receptionist made the check-in process seamless. The home was spotless, and the bed was SO SOFT—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I really appreciated the thoughtful little details throughout. The pool was crystal clean, and I had it all to myself. It was a bit chilly, but still a great experience. I also checked out one of the recommended restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The location is super convenient—right in front of **7-Eleven, an ATM, and Starbucks**. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Sir Ross’ place! The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and just a short walk/ride from everything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Sir Ross was very accommodating and responsive, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish. Our flight got delayed due to the heavy rains and we were quite late on checking in. it was quite late already, but the host still response to my text on our problems and try to be helpful. Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.
