We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Fantastic stay! The place matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. One of the best parts was having the mall right in the same building, which made everything super convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

Had a great 2 week stay at Perry's place, our second time staying here as it's a great location and nice building with all the amenities needed for a great short or long stay in Makati. Had a couple minor issues during our stay and Perry was responsive and insured things were taken care of quickly. Very satisfied with everything and look forward to our next stay here.

Had a great time staying here. The sheets were so comfortable and the place felt so cozy. Host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of things. My only issue was that the body wash was not refilled enough, good thing we bought ours. Aside from that, no issues at all. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you Ann for hosting us 😊

The place is great and very clean. I am particular with the bathroom cleanliness and I can assure that they have a clean bathroom. The host is friendly and responsive. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay at their place. We will surely go back!

Very clean and cute studio. felt very comfortable there, and was close to the greenbelt and cafes and a supermarket. I recommend!

I loved staying here! The location was great, the guards were also super nice, and everything is pretty walkable and there’s a weekend market just outside. Would definitely stay again!

This is the third time I have stayed at Evelyn’s place. My favourite place in Makati.

William’s place is beautiful! My family and I stayed here for 9 days and we never had a problem. The location is perfect! The parking is a plus! We love that there’s a lot of security guards in the building as it made us feel more safe. I also had great communication with all the hosts, they respond quick to any question/s asked. Will definitely recommend this place 😊

I loved Joann’s place. It was very clean and looked exactly how the photos look like on her page. The surroundings gave me many choices of fine dining restaurants. Nice area outside, and I felt very safe walking around during the day and night.

The owner is very accommodating. I asked if possible for early check-in, it was approved. I had last minute additional guests to check-in, it was totally fine and accommodated. Enjoyed the whole night stay and had to extend an hour to checkout and it was smoothly allowed by the owner. The place is clean and homie vibes, balcony with the view of the garden and pool area. Thank you! Definitely booked this again!

We love that the beds are big and can accomodate our group and not cramped. The wifi is also commendable. The utensils and cookware are also sufficient for our use to cook our breakfast. The cabinet though is a little creepy but on the other hand the shampoo provided makes your hair smooth. Thanks Patrick for our wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay very near to everything. Place is very clean and very modern. I love the place.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I got lucky finding Habeeb’s place. I booked it again immediately after staying for an initial week. I like that he doesn’t price-gouge. And for what the location and place offers, it’s a good deal. I travel for work and I was pleased with this find. I just wish Habeeb has a more responsive property manager. There were a few items I raised (bedside lamp, toaster, kitchen outlet, balcony light were all inoperable) that were not addresses during my stay. I should have been more relentless, but then I was outside most of the day. Will privately email Habeeb my suggestions to improve value to his offer. Will stay again here. Definitely.

Ms Myra's place is beyond my expectation. .. Feels like our own house. what i love most is its in the corner which our kids love the view outside. And they really enjoy the pool and the playground. We are looking forward to stay here again for our next vacation in the Philippines. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location.
