I am very proud to welcome you to my Condo, situated on the 17th Floor of Tower B, Jazz Residences, a few minutes away from the buzz of Makati Greenbelt & Poblacion. With the feel of a resort in the City and an amazing swimming pool area, my well appointed unit has all the mod cons you would expect. Faster WIFI than most - up to 100Mbps, Smart TV & Netflix, connectivity is not a problem. The Mall on the ground level has a Hypermarket and many dining options for your convenience.

A well-organized living area features a comfortable dark sofa with patterned cushions. A stylish wooden coffee table holds a small floral arrangement. The wall-mounted television is set against textured paneling, while the entrance to the hallway is visible, revealing light from outside.

Nestled in the city center of Makati, and just above a supermarket, coffee shops (Starbucks, etc), Vikings, Watsons and rows of restaurants and within walking distance from attractions and events. You can’t go wrong with this place. The place is well kept and personally curated and can comfortably fit 2 people. Provision: towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste. Hair dryer, hanger, iron, microwave, basic cookware, plates.
