The space is safe and secure, and there is a smart cat that knows how to ride the elevator from the top floor to the bottom floor which was very entertaining to watch. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor — the elevator does not stop at the penthouse itself. But asides from the entrance into the unit, the unit itself is clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There is also a restaurant attached to the building for some quick eats. It's also very easy to order Grab for any deliveries to this location.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

The place was great! There were a lot of amenities that we could use and it was enough space for the three of us. The location was also a plus since all the places we wanted to go to where either walking distance or easily accessible by car. Honestly, the gym and pool sold me to book the place. 10/10 highly recommend and would book again! <3

Back in Makati for work and chose this unit again. Spotless, well managed, and the location is ideal especially for early flights out of NAIA. Whatever smell issues were mentioned before seem resolved and didn’t experience anything like that. Great host, great value.

Our flight got delayed due to the heavy rains and we were quite late on checking in. it was quite late already, but the host still response to my text on our problems and try to be helpful. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Makati, Manila. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location—it was super close to everything! Restaurants, malls, cafes, and convenience stores were all just a short walk away, making it really easy to get around without needing a car. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, especially in the evenings, and I appreciated being in such a central area while still having a quiet space to relax. The host was responsive and helpful, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Manila, especially if you want to be in the middle of the action while still enjoying a cozy, homey space.

I picked this place knowing it was close to the malls so there is no surprise on that. Very good location. I am quite impressed though that Mitch was up when I arrived at unit and had to text him regarding parking. It was almost midnight and he answered and assisted me immediately. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. While I did not cook there - the kitchen was well equipped. Love the fact that there is a washer/dryer inside the unit. The building staff are all very friendly and the amenity floor including the gym was updated. Thanks for a wonderful 3 week stay!

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Loved our stay at Rd’s place in BGC! Super clean, comfy, and in a perfect location—close to everything. Rd was really responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Joyce’s Place was spacious and very cozy. It had everything I needed, and I had a comfortable stay. Really appreciated all the nearby amenities & establishments too — very convenient.

It’s those little things that Vince did for us. He allowed us to checked in early. He provided an extra towel for my 4 year old son even if we didnt ask for it. Instructions that he gave prior check in are precise up to the last line. Couldnt ask for a better host! In addition, the location is really good, walking distance to our office, mall downstairs, to top it all off the building security is really strict. Which says a lot for the safety of the guests. Most beautiful condo I’ve ever stayed in Manila. I was impressed from the very beginning. We were very tired from a long night of travel and just flew into Manila and D accepted my early check in request. The unit was perfect, rooms are so cool with the glass sliding doors and curtain. Laundry in unit which is hard to find in Manila. Aircon was strong and kept us cool. Super fast wifi. It was everything we needed and we were very satisfied with the stay. Thank you so much! Hope to stay here again!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. The front lobby receptionist made the check-in process seamless. The home was spotless, and the bed was SO SOFT—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I really appreciated the thoughtful little details throughout. The pool was crystal clean, and I had it all to myself. It was a bit chilly, but still a great experience. I also checked out one of the recommended restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The location is super convenient—right in front of **7-Eleven, an ATM, and Starbucks**. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
