Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Felice Circeo

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. An absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Gabriele was the perfect host, always available. The place was clean and central to everything. I highly recommend this place😆

Small apartment, ideal for two people, well equipped, nice loft bed to gain space in the room. Value added a beautiful garden for outdoor dining. The location is ideal for visiting this beautiful Lazio area, both along the coast and the hinterland. That's why we highly recommend it. A great place to stay in Gaeta!

Lovely stay in the centre of Gaeta on Via dell’Indipendenza which is a beautiful little street with shops, fresh fruit, bakeries. You must try the Gaeta olives! The location is close to public transport and in the centre of everything, not too far to the beach, medievale Gaeta and the marina is right around the corner with a lovely bar called Tide bar. Gianpaolo’s son Lorenzo was there to check us in and was very helpful and friendly to let us check out later which we really appreciated! The studio is very small but well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee machine, smart TV, lots of fresh towels, kitchen area. Everything was exceptionally clean. The only thing to note is that tall people may find this apartment challenging as there are low ceilings, both climbing up the steps in the building and then the bathroom and bedroom (attic) ceilings are low. We had a lovely stay and Gaeta is beautiful! Thank you Gianpaolo and Lorenzo!

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

I stay at Arturo's place frequently. There is such a warm welcome and the location is perfect for Cassino town centre, shopping and railway station. The terrace is a large enjoyable space. Beds are very comfortable. Its secure and safe. Arturo is a great host; comunication with him is easy and response times are excellent.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

We had a very nice stay in Lido di Latina! The airbnb was exactly as in the photos and fully equipped with everything you need: good bed, air conditioning, spacious bathroom, parking in front of the door,... The self check-in went without problems. We found the area to be a wonderful place to relax. We were within walking distance of the beach, close to Latina centre. Nettuno is also a nice town to visit nearby! We went to eat at Ristorante Made In Italo il Velletrano dal 1968 for 2 evenings in a row, delicious and friendly service! We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on holiday. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and welcoming, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind. Lucilla was an outstanding host who welcomed us early and in person to show us around the apartment and she even made us a coffee on arrival. She could not have been more helpful and made us feel like welcome guests, all communication was speedy and helpful. The apartment was perfect and the terrace outstanding. The bed was large and very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we could need and quality appliances. We enjoyed Anzio and found several good restaurants, it is also walking distance to Nettuno for a change of scene. Overall our stay in Anzio was exceptional. Thank you again Lucilla x

Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the centre of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if needed. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!
