Holiday rentals with a pool in San Felice Circeo

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We had a wonderful week in August in this beautiful home, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We were two adults with two young girls aged two and six, and the house turned out to be perfect for our needs. Equipped with all the necessary services, it was a real pleasure to stay there. A great advantage was the pool, included in the price, which gave us moments of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Also, the location is ideal: there are supermarkets and other essential amenities within walking distance, and the shuttle to the sea was super convenient. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Carla, who was an exceptional host. She provided us with all the information we needed and made sure our stay was perfect in every detail. The house is really beautiful, cared for in every detail, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended!

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Oak. It’s a really stunning house and was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the pool and gardens. It was spotless, well equipped and check in was very easy. Great location with a supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. We had trips out the Castel Gandolfo, lake Albano and the Tivoli gardens. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

The apartment is located inside a camping village, in a renovated farmhouse, surrounded by a large garden, spacious and clean rooms, efficient service. The campsite Village is perfect, clean and efficient, offering a wide stretch of solarium on the sea, where there is a workstation with umbrellas and sun loungers for those who rent The apartment, as well as a pool and a whole series of activities typical of the summer period. I highly recommend.

Elvira and her husband Marco were very very warm and super friendly!! They were always there if we needed help and were always available to us! The place was impeccable, clean and just sweet. The house is beautiful and you can fully enjoy the summer here😍 Towards the end, they even gave us a farewell gift, very very sweet and thoughtful.🥹 I can recommend this place and these hosts 100%!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We had a fantastic stay! Barbara went above and beyond—especially by setting up the pool on such short notice, which truly made the trip extra special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the effort she put into accommodating our last-minute request. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again! We felt very welcome. We (unfortunately) only used the pool on the first evening, otherwise we were simply too long in Rome. We had a small problem with the hot water in the shower on the first day, but we were immediately helped by Marilena's mom and also her. It would be nice if there was a toaster, a kettle and a few more glasses in the kitchen, otherwise the accommodation is wonderful, especially very clean and the beds are comfortable. We always parked in Cinecitta for 1.50/day and then took the train to Rome, which was relaxing. We can 100% recommend Marilena's accommodation.

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

The villa, immersed in the greenery of the countryside, just 5 minutes from Itri and 15 minutes from the beautiful sea of Sperlonga, is comfortable and functional. The large garden, very nice and well-kept, which offers more than a "corner" of tranquility and cool, in the shade of the plants next to the pool, is definitely the strong point of this beautiful house, which begins to be a little old, but still offers the opportunity to enjoy its spacious, indoor and outdoor spaces. With my family, we spent two weeks in August in absolute relaxation and rest, and our two little dogs were also able to roam the garden. Mrs. Letizia, from the DLS Turismo agency, is an excellent point of reference for every need and is always ready to offer a valid support with availability and professionalism.

Very cosy house with a huge olive tree garden and many beautiful places surrounding this venue. Sperlonga is incredibly nice and you can choose between different beaches. The venue was well and we had been in order.

A home with a breathtaking view that I had used to prepare for me on the day of the wedding. Perfect location for photos. Lorella is very friendly and helpful to make the stay in the villa very pleasant. Super spacious both inside but also outside, especially for summer for those who want to have lunch or dinner outside with the many grills and many tables available.
