Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Felice Circeo

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Miriam is a very nice person. He welcomed us into the house with all the hospitality we expect to make us feel at home. Its villa is beautiful, cozy, furnished with everything you need and attention to detail. Great outdoor patio ideal for a dinner with friends and healthy relaxation after a day at the beach. The area inside which the house is located is very nice, safe and a few steps from the center of San Felice. The sea is 3 minutes by car or 15 min by foot. Great with the bike, too. What's to say, we felt at home. Thank you for everything!

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

We had a really nice holiday in Anzio. The house is really big with lovely patio, garden and pool area. It is also walking distance from the beach. I recommend you to visit Anzio and Nettuno when staying there. Astermilyn was very helpful host and gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and stores near by. The area is quiet and peaceful so renting a car is much recommended.

Danilo was very responsive and welcoming. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The landscape/yard is beautiful. The house is as advertised.

Two truly special nights in a unique house! We stayed with a group of friends in this beautiful property and immediately felt at home. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the welcoming furnishings to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is perfect for sharing moments with friends or as a couple, with spaces designed to feel good together. A highlight? The indoor jacuzzi-style pool in the bathroom: a real private, comfortable and reserved corner of relaxation, perfect after a day in company. A special thank you goes to Tony, the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was also my birthday, and with great care, he recommended a fantastic pastry shop. A gesture that I really appreciated and that made everything even more special. I highly recommend this house to those looking for an authentic, relaxing experience full of small gestures that make a difference. Thank you very much Tony, we'll be back soon!

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

We arrived in the place we expected: Quiet and equipped with everything you need, the photos do not do justice to the beautiful nature that surrounds this house. Certainly not a place for those who expect to find a five-star hotel, but certainly suitable for those who love peace and nature Sandro was very kind and attentive to all our needs, immediately proving to be welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended for those who love to experience nature, and by car in a short time, you can reach a fantastic sea!

Stayed as a group of 6 people, extremley helpful and friendly hosts. Gave us helpful hints and recommendations. Very nice people, made us feel right at home. Garden, pool and house as described, used a couple of days to relax and saw some local sights. Everything clean and nicely put together. Very nice touch that hosts invited us for pizza and cold cuts in the last evening, nice sitting down and talking. One point which we appreciated very much was that they assisted us in getting to the train station when we needed a lift as we were leaving at two seperate times. That shows their friendliness and caring for their guests. All in all can only recommend.

We arrived in the rain and the hosts welcomed us by bring umbrellas to our car to keep us and our kids dry! We got clear instructions upon check in and the house is well stocked with cleaning products and food basics, the hosts even had bottled water chilling in the fridge for us. The pool is fantastic, our kids loved it, there is plenty for young children to enjoy, pool, slide, trampoline, football nets, table tennis. Good cafe about 2 minute walk away with lovely warm pastries at 8.30 every morning, decent pizza places on the main town and a beach about a mile away. Hosts were fantastic, so friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend to friends.
