Kid-friendly holiday rentals in San Felice Circeo

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Ms Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The structure is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible. 💛

Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We had a wonderful week in the ultra beautiful apartment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything for a quiet break. The village is beautiful and there is a delicious restaurant, a small shop and a great bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

Small apartment, ideal for two people, well equipped, nice loft bed to gain space in the room. Value added a beautiful garden for outdoor dining. The location is ideal for visiting this beautiful Lazio area, both along the coast and the hinterland. That's why we highly recommend it. Thanks to Maurizia and Alessandro, always present but discreet.

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

A pleasant apartment located in a villa in the countryside of Terracina, great for those who travel by car as it has outdoor space and is close to places such as Terracina, Sabaudia, San Felice Circeo, Fossanova all reachable in less than halfanhour. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has all the necessary services, if visited in a cold season, I only recommend bringing a few extra blankets. The hosts Diego and Barbara are very kind and receptive to every request and message sent, even though we did not meet them, we were able to communicate through messages on the app. Recommended especially for families or couples who want to drive around the area or relax in a quiet place.

We stayed two nights during the Easter holidays and the flat had everything we needed for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The flat is tidy and clean, it is spacious and in a good location in Sperlonga, a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and cafés. Luigi was answered all our queries promptly. His dad gave us a friendly welcome to the flat.

Emanuele's place is the absolute best, I mean, magical on its own but also wonderful because of the host himself. He met us late at night to check in and when we hadnt eaten, tried to get us to take the food he had at home. He was the absolute most accomodating and friendly host I've met on AirBNB even after 15? years on it. The second night he and his partner welcomed us to dinner at their little restaurant downstairs and IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE. They hosted only us and gave us such an incredible meal, and such incredible wine and company, I truly cant recommend it enough. The AirBnB is absolutely stunning on its own....but also...the host really makes the experience.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to give you the experience, the pampering, of your home but on holiday. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sun loungers and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

I had a really pleasant stay, Gabriele and the owners who live upstairs are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very convenient for those who often use the station, it is a 5-minute walk, and you can also leave your car nearby. It offers all possible comforts and is also equipped with some items to make breakfast. I highly recommend it to everyone for a pleasant stay in Latina Scalo

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
