This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. "Manatee Suites" Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour. “Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for couples or groups. All 3 private suites offer a king-sized bed, living room, and private laundry room. Suites 1 and 2 have well-equipped kitchenettes, and Suite 3 has a full kitchen. Level one is a common area we call "Sea Level Lounge". This is a new development so there are still a few under construction around us.
