WOW LOCATION! Loved this stay! We had a great vacation. My dad is 80 and he got to use the downstairs appt There is construction going on next door as fyi but don't use this as a deterrent. The place is wonderful! Really enjoyed the hot tub and the large dock for fishing. We figured out the almost free trolley (the sign across the street is hiding)! Walked back from the beach for ease. 15 mins or so. This stay was a blast. Everything is SO close by!

This rental was exactly as the photos showed. It was very clean and tidy. Came with beach chairs and umbrella as well as games. Owners were super friendly and pleasant. Kitchen was newly renovated. One of the couches turned into a futon for our daughter to sleep on. The community was quiet and breezy as the rental was across the street from the water. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in town!

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

I’m a Floridian and had visited Ft Myers many times over the years, love the area its people and the beaches…hurricane Ian destroyed a lot but it’s wonderful to see the resilience and hardworking people saving their beach towns from the ruins, sadly lived lost, our rental was completely renovated and beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean, thank you I will definitely return and would love to stay here again.

My family and I loved our stay here. The place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of items available to use, did not to bring any of our own beach supplies or kitchen supplies. Jamie was a fantastic host, extremely helpful, communicative and flexible. We would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay again. Great location, 10 minute drive to fort Myers beach and close to shopping!
