Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Ms Tiffany’s place, Chloe’s Crib, is everything we hope for when having a staycation in an AirBnB! Ms Tiffany was friendly and responsive. She ensured that we have a parking slot, even though it is not guaranteed. She was of great help to us. The unit was clean and had everything we need - even boardgames! We definitely enjoyed our stay. From clean towels, fast internet, free netflix, complete kitchen utensils and equipment! The best part about the unit, aside from being pet friendly, is its location. Convenience store and restaurants are a walking distance. Thank you very much for hosting us. We will definitely consider staying here again if ever we are near the area.

The unit is so aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well as very comfortable. We love the bay view and we were really surprised by how close it is to a lot of tourist spots! I would love to bring my family next time!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

we enjoyed our stay. walkable to sm san lazaro is top notch. we stayed here in preparation for our embalming examination at DOH. it was about 10-15 min walk. host is very responsive in terms of concerns and and other instructions. will definitely recommend to friends!

We had a wonderful stay at Mataki ! The location is perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and local spots. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.

The place exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our needs. I really love the fact that the place has a lot of storage and a study table for each of us. They got everything we need, from the kitchen to the bathroom and the beds. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for students who are looking for a place to stay. And Ms. Imee is exceptional.
