we had a lovely stay. it is very near the UST gate and Albertus Magnus Building where my son took his exam. there are a lot of place to eat and convinience stores nearyby. a great location! the place is cozy and clean. the host is always helpful and responsive. i really recommend this place.

Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

We had such a great time staying at Vicson-Louie’s place! Our family of five felt super comfortable from the moment we arrived. The unit was very clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed. The beds were soft and cozy, everyone slept really well, which is always a plus when traveling with kids! The pool was definitely a highlight for us. The kids couldn’t get enough of it, and it was a fun way for all of us to relax and enjoy some family time. We also happened to be celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the space made it feel extra special. It was peaceful, private, and just what we needed for a mini getaway. Vicson-Louie was an amazing host. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and everything about the stay was smooth and stress-free. This place was a great stay in Makati. The building was quiet and accessible with great amenities. The area is relatively safe and walkable. The apartment was in good condition and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable.
