Donna’s place is great place to stay. Sure that we will book this again if we come back to the Philippines. What I really like about this place is they allow us to have my fur baby with us. This is one of my top priorities in finding a place.

Nice place. Very clean and spacious. Love the sunset view in the balcony. Nice pool. My niece loved it and doesn’t want to go home. The air conditioning is perfect and the tv is big. This place is amazing! I will definitely come back here next Philippines trip. My mates from Australia enjoyed the room. I suggest a washing machine would be convenient as the unit has a balcony and you can hang your clothes there!! Thanks Therese for being prompt with queries

Host is easy to communicate with. She responded to all my queries and request. It is complete with everything you will need for staycation. Location is great! There are fast food restaurants near the place, coffee shop, and 7/11 in the same building. Cons: the internet is unstable/too slow. Not ideal if you are planning to work while staying. Mobile signal is also weak(smart network/tnt. I am unsure for other network). I tried using mobile data since I cant even book grabfood/lalamove via wifi but the signal is too weak as well.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Yves place was literally perfect. After a long 20 hour journey to the Philippines I got to the airbnb and the room was not ready although it was a couple hours before check in time Yves went out the way to expedite the cleaning process and I was able to check in to the room within 15 min. the space has a beautiful view with beautiful facilities and is close to everything. when im back in Manila I will definitely be staying here again. 1000% recommend.

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

Good condo, good communication, everything worked, properly described, everything needed for stay was there and would use again. Thank you for being a good host.

It is a very nice, clean, spacious, and relatively new studio, in an area with a lot of services (grocery, restaurants, bars, malls, laundry service, convenience stores, etc.). It also is very quiet, without the traffic noise in many Manila condominium buildings, and also safe. Its gym is quite good and there also is a swimming pool, both of which were not widely used in my time there. The unit's WiFi is quite good, as is the AC, hot water and water pressure. There is a modern washing machine in the unit, but I've suggested adding a clothes-drying rack for people who don't want to use the very inexpensive, quick and nearby laundry service, which is kind of hard to find and not listed on Google Maps. The small kitchen has most of the basics for limited cooking of simple snacks and meals, and I've suggested adding a simple toaster. I certainly would stay here again on future trips.

Very nice place!!! Best location. There are a lot of restaurants right outside of the building The only downside is the aircon in the living room. It was not too cold during our stay

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

super accommodating and ang ganda ng place tahimik at accessible, we booked the japan room for 2 nights then gusto pa namin magextend pero buti available yung cozy room 2; hindi lang namin maopen yung curtain kasi kitang kita sa labas but the rest, 10 out of 10. babalik uli and affordable! thank you po ulit!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

The place was spot on for your solo/intimate staycation. Cozy and it felt like home. The massage chair was a great highlight.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. I highly recommend this place. The airbnb hosts were also quick to respond for guest checkins as well as any concerns you have. Overall great place. Highly recommend.
