Our apartment is located at the park, through which you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot. Three rooms, spacious bathroom (with tub and shower cubicle and washing machine), kitchenette at the end of the hallway. Five steps connect the living room to the dining room. Terrace in front of the living room facing the street (quiet). Lovingly and comfortably furnished old building apartment, 60sqm. Free parking is available. If the apartment is not rented, I use it as a practice space for my profession.

The 32 sqm apartment we have newly generously furnished a few years ago. Very bright, quiet and has a small balcony to SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in the Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. to the audio-Med-Akad. or castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity enable a fast basic supply! Public transport stops (trams/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS or Siemen only about 10 - 15 min.!

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.
