Top City apartment BS: Central, quiet, bright + balcony!

The 32 sqm apartment we have newly generously furnished a few years ago. Very bright, quiet and has a small balcony to SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in the Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. to the audio-Med-Akad. or castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity enable a fast basic supply! Public transport stops (trams/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS or Siemen only about 10 - 15 min.!

Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

The apartment has about 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has a 18m ² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Brunswick. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig city with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is free in front of the house.
