Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Sonnberg Apartment

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Unser Gästehaus liegt im Herzen des Chiemgaus. Man erreicht Salzburg oder den Chiemsee in ca. 20 Minuten. Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.
