Our apartment building was completed in April 2021 and we are looking forward to hosting you. We have renovated the annex of the Pension Ballwein and converted the former guest rooms into 4 high-quality apartments. All apartments are located on the second floor and each have a balcony. We offer free WiFi & one parking space per apartment. A bus stop is located right in front of the house. Bus 21 takes you directly to Salzburg's old town.

Accommodation in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a beautiful landscape with private entrance. It is a converted barn on a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). On request, additional guests can be accommodated in the large studio or in the tiny house.
