Walk to everything! 4 min walk to Museum Beach, 6 min walk to Sand Hills Beach, 15 min walk to Downtown (shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc) & Scituate Lighthouse and 5 min walk to Scituate Harbor. Please know this is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and parties & gatherings are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed but there is space in the driveway for 3 cars max. Thank you!

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Walk out the back door between two houses to the private gorgeous beach (no public, residents only). Walk to the center/restaurants. We have bikes and beach chairs! This home takes all your stress away!

New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. Freshly painted well maintained by owner bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!
