We had a great time at this peaceful and quiet place. The kitchen is well equipped, which is perfect for preparing your meals. There are a lot of beautiful walks nearby, which was a real plus for us and our dog, who was welcomed without a problem. The host is very available and has very good advice to discover the region. A big thank you also for the delicious soup offered upon arrival!

A wonderful place from where you can explore southern Limburg. Every day a concert of birds in the garden, a cozy pallet stove, clean bathroom and nice beds. Friendly host, welcoming and everything well taken care of. We enjoyed it!

Three generations of my family enjoyed spending the long Easter weekend at Birgit's enclave of beautifully maintained stone buildings dating back to 1913.

We were very satisfied. In the vacation home there was enough space for 10 people and we didn't miss anything. The beautiful surroundings were ideal for hiking. The hostess was very friendly. Highly recommended!

It was magical hours that invited you to dream. Really a great place to escape the ordinary, enjoy peace and do wellness. The surroundings are great - after beautiful hikes in the high Venn, it is even better to relax in the hot tub. Breakfast is a highlight! We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Enjoy in the Mosel/Eifel! We had a wonderful week here with a company with children and dog. The house was spacious, light, well furnished and full of pleasant facilities. Both inside and out delicious dining with the region's characteristic riesling wines and a delicious barbecue for meat and fish. No shortage of wellness. Choice between swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. Inside a very spacious kitchen which is wonderful for larger groups. For hiking, mountain biking or by road bike, there were beautiful rounds to make. A great stay!

Perfect house for our Christmas retreat. Although we didn’t get full snow, the area is very beautiful and quiet. The interior is just like the photos and really added to that cozy, warm vibe. The kitchen was better equipped than I’d expected; full size fridge with a freezer compartment, well stocked cutlery and accessories. It was a bit of a squeeze to get 8 of us for Christmas dinner around the dining table but thankfully it did extend to allow us to all sit when we added some extra chairs. Having a pool and sauna was a big plus. Gabi was really helpful to get us in and assist with working the stove on the first day. Perfect cozy retreat!

We spent a seminar at 30 in Arnaud's accommodation. Everything was perfect, from the communication to the reception, the accommodation was really great and warm, very well equipped. We had a great time. The river view is stunning. No complaints!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

Everything is planned for optimal comfort, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal: close to the city center, with easy access to the main attractions of Aachen, while being in a quiet environment that guarantees restful nights. Sophia was very welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions and make sure our stay went smoothly. Great place to stay in the Ardennes! We stayed with a group of friends and had a very enjoyable time. The place is close to nature and Malmedy, which has all the shops you need. The house itself is clean, the host is very helpful and the number of facilities (including the jacuzzi and sauna) is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is simply classy, completely private. You have everything on site and a great view over the valley, even in the hot tub. Next door you can watch sheep grazing. There is also a great walk to the nearest village, Vielsalm where there are excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping and a museum (O's Arcaden, Contes de Salmen, Carrefour, Aldi, etc). Fraincois-Xavier was very friendly and always helped us with all questions. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean and quiet environment. The day of our arrival we received a message with very clear explanations. There was a small problem on site, but this was responded to quickly and a solution was found and also resolved. The communication was very smooth and fast. We are very satisfied and therefore definitely recommend the stay. To be a new host definitely a very good start. Also on arrival a nice personal text and something tasty for us. Thank you!

Very nice hosts and a house with fantastic outdoor area and absolute feel-good factor!!! Unfortunately, only the surroundings do not give very much. Overall, however, a perfect stay. Clear recommendation!
