Our cottage is family friendly, located in the middle of nature. There are very many nice bike and hiking trails. The city of St. Vith is only 5 km away for small errands. The race track of (Spa) Francorchamps is only 20 minutes away, and the lake of Bütgenbach is also only 25 minutes away. The property is located 15 min from Malmedy. Private on-site parking and free WiFi are available. The cottage has 4 sleeping possibilities, a flat-screen satellite TV (French - Flemish - German channels) and an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer and a hob. For added comfort, the property offers towels and bed linen at an extra cost. The cottage has a separate garage for up to 4 motorcycles. There is a small garden with a barbecue in the property. Charming gîte for peace and nature lovers!

For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.
