Equipped and independent seaside chalet, located on a property, near the seaside in the pine forest of Bourgenay. A small path connects it to the Plage de la République (150 m) and, beyond, the Plage du Veillon, the marina and the 18-hole golf course. The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...).
