The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You'll love my place because of its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Independent studio of 40 M2: This simply decorated studio is located close to the beaches (20 min) "La Faute, La Tranche sur mer, Les Sables d'Olonne (40 min) and La Rochelle (40 min). It is ideally located to visit the points of interest, Puy du Fou (1 hour), O'Gliss (15 minutes), Green Venice (1 hour) and be able to go home to rest in a quiet environment. You can enjoy sun loungers on a private terrace in a wooded area.

Independent furnished studio in a local's home

We rent an accommodation: a main room of 14m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric plates. Dishes and rubbish bins are available. An adjoining bathroom of 4 m2 includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
