La maison est équipée d'un cellier avec lave linge à votre disposition. Vous pourrez profitez de la terrasse avec salon de jardin. Elle est idéalement située : à 5 minutes du Vendespace, à 30 minutes de la mer et a 45 minutes du Puy du Fou.

Proche de la mer...( 15 min des plages...), Puy du Fou (50 min), profitez de belles balades autour du lac de St-vincent-sur-Graon (location pédalo et paddle)... Proximité commerce à 5 min en voiture. Endroit paisible les fêtes, soirées et rassemblements ne sont pas autorisés.... Les lits seront faits à votre arrivée pour vous permettre de profiter au maximum de votre séjour...

Respect du protocole de nettoyage renforcé établi par Air BnB Gîte de 130 m2 aménagé dans une ancienne grange réparti sur 2 niveaux. RdC : pièce de vie avec coin cuisine et coin salon. WC séparé. 1 chambre avec salle d 'eau privative (+ machine à laver). Etage : 1 chambre avec salle d'eau privative + couchage pour 2 enfants. WC séparé. Extérieur : cour anglaise de 93 m2 avec salon de jardin + barbecue + parasol + bains de soleil. Espace vert non cloturé accessible côté gîte et côté maison.

Logement à la campagne à 15 min des plages, 70 m²

Le gîte est proche d' activités adaptées aux familles (balade près d'un lac, pêche, vélo, parcs d'attractions (accrobranche et aquatique, etc), karting, la mer à proximité (20 min) idéale pour le surf, la voile, et la richesse culturelle de la Vendée. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son emplacement au calme en pleine campagne avec ses grands espaces extérieurs. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles.

Maison ancienne rénovée écologiquement

La réhabilitation de la maison vient de s'achever en Juin 2020. Nous l'avons rénovée avec des matériaux écologiques (chaux-chanvre, ouate de cellulose, peintures à l'eau, récupération de matériaux ...). L'ambiance y est apaisante. Une terrasse plein sud domine le jardin de 2 000 m² dans lequel vous pourrez profiter de la nature au calme. La maison est classée meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles. Un plus, la labellisation tourisme handicap est en cours.

Ideal for families with children, quiet and in nature, 20 km from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and La Grière, we welcome you in a wing of an 18th century Vendéen Logis that we are gradually restoring and of which we occupy the other part.
