In the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France, pretty little fisherman's house 200 meters from the Rance. Living area of 75 m2, located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with small intimate courtyard surrounded by stone walls. All comforts (internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, TV...). Recent renovation. Living room with beautiful old fireplace, niches and tableware... Capacity of 5 people: - a first bedroom with a double bed - and a second with a bunk bed and a single bed.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.
