Very nice place to stay & clean with beautiful views of Lyon from well lit loft-like apartment. Surrounding neighborhood is pleasant with easy walks to excellent dining and shopping. advice: steep cobbled streets - hire a taxi for front door drop off & pickup so you do not have to carry luggage

A cozy accommodation, beautiful view from the third floor. There is a lift. Christophe ensures that the guests have a pleasant stay. Private parking right at the entrance. And beautiful hiking areas in the area. The via fluvia is a beautiful cycling route and is nearby

We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Great apartment, close to everything and thanks to the transport Lyon center like the old Lyon is within easy reach. Rémy is very responsive, friendly and very understanding about check-in or check-out times! I recommend it and will come back in the future!

This is a special place in a great location in Lyon. It is very quiet and peaceful as well as very walkable to the old town and surrounding areas. Like the other reviews- yes it is dark inside the entry hallway to the building but there is a light switch right at the entrance. It was totally fine for us. It rained most of the time we were in Lyon so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio - but it was very beautiful. We were also grateful to use the washing machine. The only negative for us were the pillows and the bath towels. I am a small person and I could barely fit the bath towel around me. The pillows were a bit flat. These are small things and did not deter us from loving the flat and the location. Also- do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant almost directly across the river from the apartment. It’s a 3 min walk and the best food we had in Lyon over the four day stay. I cannot remember the name but the outside is green with twinkle lights- easy to spot. You won’t regret it!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and most of the time we spent at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

The property is aptly named "my flowery house". As soon as we enter, we notice the flowers and the impeccable maintenance of the place. It is a quiet and relaxing place. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The apartment is well arranged, clean and functional. We booked this apartment to get closer to the airport which is 8 km away. In short, if you are looking for a place to relax, I invite you to go, you will not be disappointed.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Everything went well and no parking problems, private parking in the courtyard and duplex well located in the city.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

The accommodation offered by Lauriane and Mickael is really great! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The basement parking space is a real plus, it allows you to have peace of mind throughout the stay. The decoration is neat, the residence is quiet, as is the neighborhood, which makes the whole thing very pleasant. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they are really lovely. Thank you again!
