Der Aufenthalt bei Stéphane war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und kann man zu Fuss oder mit dem Metro oder mit dem Tram alles schnell erreichen. Es hat gleich 3 Bäkerei-Konditorei um die Ecke. Gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Super appartement, proche de tout et grâce aux transports lyon centre comme le vieux lyon est à portée de bras. Rémy est très réactif, sympathique et très compréhensif sur les horaires d’arrivée ou de départ ! Je recommande et je reviendrai à l’avenir !

Sylvain was an AMAZING host. It was raining when we got to Lyon, but he was there to let us in and helped with our luggage. We only stayed one night, but the next day when we were leaving there were thunderstorms. We were to be met by a shuttle from our cruise ship but it had to meet us at the end of the street. Sylvain went and waited for the shuttle while we stayed in the apartment and then got the shuttle to come closer to where we were. He really went above and beyond to help us out!!! excellent host!!!

Nairi et Eddy sont des hôtes très attentionnés. Leur maison est impeccable, vraiment très propre, et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse et apaisante, on s’y sent bien, ce qui donne envie d’y rester plusieurs jours. Le quartier est agréable et assez calme, tout en étant proche de Lyon Part-Dieu. L’accès au logement et la récupération des clés se font très facilement. C’était un séjour vraiment agréable que je referais sans hésiter. 10/10, rien à dire.

This is a special place in a great location in Lyon. It is very quiet and peaceful as well as very walkable to the old town and surrounding areas. Like the other reviews- yes it is dark inside the entry hallway to the building but there is a light switch right at the entrance. It was totally fine for us. It rained most of the time we were in Lyon so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio - but it was very beautiful. We were also grateful to use the washing machine. The only negative for us were the pillows and the bath towels. I am a small person and I could barely fit the bath towel around me. The pillows were a bit flat. These are small things and did not deter us from loving the flat and the location. Also- do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant almost directly across the river from the apartment. It’s a 3 min walk and the best food we had in Lyon over the four day stay. I cannot remember the name but the outside is green with twinkle lights- easy to spot. You won’t regret it!

Christian'ın evinde çok rahat ettik. Her şey düşünülmüştü hatta ilk yardım seti bile vardı. Huzur dolu sakin bir muhitti. Kuş sesleri arasında kahvaltımızı yaptık kısacası çok keyifliydi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz!

Choć nasz pobyt w tym domu związany był wyłącznie z podróżą służbową i większość czasu spędzaliśmy w pracy, muszę przyznać, że wynajęte lokum spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – a nawet je przewyższyło. Po długich godzinach zawodowych z przyjemnością wracaliśmy do spokojnego, czystego i komfortowego wnętrza. Dom był dobrze ogrzany, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a szybki internet i biurka pozwalały mi bez problemu dokończyć niektóre obowiązki zdalnie. Cicha okolica sprzyjała odpoczynkowi i skupieniu – dokładnie tego potrzebowaliśmy po intensywnym dniu. Doceniam też dbałość gospodarzy o szczegóły – podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni, świeże ręczniki, ekspres do kawy, a nawet kilka przydatnych informacji o okolicy – wszystko to sprawiło, że czuliśmy się bardziej jak w domu niż w „miejscu noclegowym”. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom nie tylko turystom, ale również osobom podróżującym służbowo. Jeśli znów będziemy w tej okolicy, chętnie wrócimy.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

La propriété porte bien son nom "ma maison fleurie". Dès que nous y pénétrons nous remarquons les fleurs et l'entretien impeccable du lieu. C'est un lieu calme et reposant. Les hôtes sont très avenants, accueillants et professionnels. L'appartement est bien agencé, propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour nous rapprocher de l'aéroport qui est situé à 8 km. En résumé, si vous recherchez un endroit pour vous ressourcer, je vous invite à y aller vous ne serez pas déçu.

Logement en excellent état, agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Logement bien placé, au calme. Propriétaire sympathique et réactive.

Maison très bien équipée, grandes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain, ce qui est très agréable pour un grand groupe. Le jardin à l’arrière est très agréable pour prendre les repas et faire des bbq. La maison était dans un état impeccable à notre arrivée, tout était neuf et sentait bon le propre. La salle du bas est très chouette pour passer des soirées à jouer au billard et fléchette. Donne sur la rivière avec activité rafting… vraiment parfait pour partir entre amis!

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

Vraiment une pépite avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Lyon et un immeuble moderne hyper agréable Mathieu est vraiment très professionnel à tout point de vue encore merci pour ce séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dominique. Dominique est accueillante et attentionnée. L'appartement est conforme à la description, propre, lumineux, calme, vraiment très agréable. Nous n'avons eu de plus aucune difficulté pour nous garer. A recommander absolument

Le logement proposé par Lauriane et Mickael est vraiment super ! Tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. La place de parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus, elle permet d’avoir l’esprit tranquille tout au long du séjour. La décoration est soignée, la résidence est calme, tout comme le quartier, ce qui rend l’ensemble très agréable. La communication avec les hôtes a été excellente, ils sont vraiment adorables.
