Rafe's place was exactly as listed. It was very private and I could have contacted Rafe at any time, but didn't need to as everything was fine. I had a long stay, much of it working, and would have liked more time to explore the beautiful coast, which is right on the doorstep. The apartment was warm and well appointed, and I felt very comfortable. I can't blame Rafe for the horrible weather! I'd thoroughly recommend this place as a base for exploring the area, whether by car, on foot or by bike. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a truly pleasant stay at Rose Cottage – thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed the beaches at Broadstairs and Ramsgate, which offered a perfect seaside escape. One of the highlights of our trip was attending the morning service at St. Abbey Minster Chapel – a charming countryside church that we feel is a must-visit for any pilgrim. In the evening, we had the blessing of visiting the Divine Retreat Centre and St. Augustine’s Cathedral, where we received a special blessing from Fr. Joseph – a truly uplifting experience. Our time at the cottage was peaceful and refreshing. Waking up to the gentle chirping of birds each morning was a real delight. We’re grateful for the warm and welcoming atmosphere and are already looking forward to returning for our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 Court cottages. It was very easy to locate, and although air b&b did not send a key code for self entry, Nathan responded very quickly to my request. The cottage is small, but very comfortable, and well equipped. Everything was very clean. As in the description, the spiral stairs are very steep, so probably not so good for the eldery or very young children. The small garden was great for the dog and had some sun all day until early evening, which was a bonus. Sarre is a good base for exploring the area, with lots of beaches and pubs nearby. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.
