With an area of 84 m², with 2 accessible bedrooms, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a condominium with many green spaces, large parking lot. All shops close by (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket...). At the crossroads of the 3 Vercors, Chartreuse and Belledonne massifs, you will be 20 minutes from the Chamrousse slopes and 30 minutes from the Sept Laux.

Interior décor inspired by the Japanese style brings elegance and originality. Come and discover the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan in the heart of the Alps.

Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Separate toilet. Wi-Fi. You are responsible for cleaning. We offer a cleaning fee of €30.

The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.
