The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The chic mountain style, the combination of black and worked wood will give you a feeling of well-being. The 2 trays have been completely rearranged to optimize ergonomics without compromising aesthetics. From this cozy little cocoon, you will enjoy the exceptional panoramic view of the mythical rock of the Muzelle.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Our accommodation is ideally located, close to Parc de la Tête d'Or (4-minute walk), Presqu'île (10-minute walk), public transport (2-minute walk to Masséna metro station), 15-minute walk to Part-Dieu train station. Many nearby businesses. The apartment was completely renovated during the summer of 2016 (double glazing, parquet, security door).

"Le Cosy" studio 300 meters from the beach

The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 metres away.
