The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Dans une maison savoyarde de 1889, nous avons créé un appartement de 85m² avec une pièce de vie de 30m² et un balcon terrasse de 20m² donnant sur un jardin orienté plein sud afin de vous accueillir dans cette magnifique région. La pièce de vie et les chambres sont climatisées. Possibilité de commander le petit déjeuner. Accès très facile par l'autoroute qui se trouve à 2 kms.
