Indeed, just 5 minutes from the city center by bike (on loan with basket and padlock), on the edge of the forest, the house is located in an exceptional natural environment, with unobstructed views of Die and its mountains! We will be happy to meet you and advise you on the various activities in the area (swimming, hiking from our home... etc.).

Typical apartment opposite the Meije!

The apartment is composed of a hall, a bathroom + toilet, a living room (kitchen and sofa bed) as well as a bedroom with a baby cot. To access it, you need to go through the living room. A terrace in front of the apartment allows you to eat outside in front of the Meije. A barrier protects from the ravine but toddlers must remain under parental supervision. The apartment above is regularly occupied by the owners.

Gîte au milieu de la nature

3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house has a view to the southeast over the Vercors. Depending on the season, you will hear woodpeckers, cuckoos, owls, midwife toads... On the site, outside the owner's accommodation, there is only one gite. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.

A warm cocoon in a Bauges barn renovated by us in 2020. Quiet and with fresh air, you are 7 minutes from the Féclaz ski resort, 20 minutes from Chambéry and the Hautes-Bauges, 40 minutes from the Margériaz ski resort On site, Camille practices wellness massages, teaches yoga classes. Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.

Independent and adjoining our house 10 minutes from Annecy between Lake and Mountain, this small studio is very functional and fully equipped. It is at the foot of Semnoz, a family ski resort with a breathtaking view. You have a private parking space. A bus line passes by 50 m away. Shops 5 min walk (bakery, dairy, butcher, pizzeria etc).
