Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Leu-la-Forêt

We had a lovely stay here! Wonderful location, wonderful host , and very clean and spacious ! We would love to stay here again! We don’t have any complaints !

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping mall, you can see the tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

We had a great stay, the apartment is identical to the photos and very functional. Dimitri is very responsive to messages.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. The apartment is very nice and looks like in the photos. It is very spacious and modernly equipped. Various metro and bus stations are within walking distance. Simo is a great accommodating host who provided us with lots of helpful tips. Everything worked out super easy. Great communication! It is a large modern residential area with some restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We can recommend "Communale Saint-Ouen" - a kind of cultural center with food court in a hall with many stalls of different countries. Very delicious! Great atmosphere, also great with kids. All in all, clear recommendation!

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in taking over the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

I had a great time staying at Amaury’s place with some colleagues for a work meetup - the house was spotlessly clean and more than big enough for us all to spend a week comfortably living and working in. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and easy to get into the centre of Paris

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

i recommend this listing. Very clean, master bedroom with amazing bathroom, close to the RER, easy to park. Small shops next to the accommodation. Very quiet place

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

Accommodation fully compliant with the listing, located on a quiet street. Great for a visit to Parc Astérix or the Château de Chantilly. Kamel welcomed us himself, which is a nice touch.

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
